Sonic lift-off Featured in Joule
Crystal Sonic co-founders Mariana Bertoni and Pablo Coll have co-authored a paper recently published in Joule, featuring Sonic Lift-off technology for GaAs solar cells. The work highlights the potential for Sonic Lift-off as a viable substrate re-use technology and, therefore, a catalyst for low-cost high-performance device fabrication. Congratulations to the team including all of our collaborators in the study @ NREL and ASU!
