Welcome to the team to our new Engineering Technician, Shawn Patrick Patterson!

Welcome to the team to our new Engineering Technician, Shawn Patrick Patterson. He studied optical engineering and material science at the University of Arizona, in Tucson. He went on to work for a local photonics startup company, building laser-based interferometer systems that measure high technology surfaces. He then left Tucson for Phoenix, to join another start up in their R&D efforts to develop solid state lasers for use in head mounted AR/VR 3D displays. His career then took a turn into the bio-medical realm of implantable devices and semiconductor wafer test. In his free time, he is a husband, songwriter, and guitar player.
