Hossein is our newest team member!

We’re excited to welcome our new Sr. Acoustic Engineer, Hossein Khodavirdi, to the Crystal Sonic team.

He earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he explored acoustics, phononics, and advanced wave-propagation modeling. Hossein has previously worked as a photoacoustic research specialist at the university of Illinois at Chicago. Beyond the lab, he likes hiking, road trips, and unwinding with a good movie while his cat naps nearby. Welcome!
